- Be sure to completely fill out order form to ensure accuracy in meeting laundry needs
- sort all clothes according to desired wash load ie (whites, darks, jeans, delicates, etc) AND BE SURE TO CHECK POCKETS!
- expect a next day turn around for all orders unless "RUSH" is requested
- select the "please RUSH my order" option for order needing to be returned same day -- a $10 RUSH ORDER fee will apply for this option.
- Give us a timely notice if you'll need to cancel or reschedule your service pick up date

- Do not place "DRY CLEAN ONLY" items in your bag, we will not be held responsible for any damages to these particular articles of clothing
- Do not allow anyone access to your home who has not properly identified them selves as a representative of 5ive Loads Laundry
- Please do not over stuff the pick up bags (our bags are rated to handle 50 lbs -- bags in excess of this will be charged $2 per lb over this weight )
